Preparation Time: 8 to 10 hours.

Recipe Ingredients

1 quart milk
4 tablespoonns live yoghurt culture that is, one per cup (Dannon Plain Yoghurt has live cultures).



Recipe Directions

Scald 1 quart milk and cool to 115 - 130 degrees F.
Pour into mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon live culture per cup.

Mix gently and completely. Cover bowl and keep in the oven with the pilot light on (or in a warm place) for 8-10 hours.

Refrigerate to stop growth.
